1. Software License Terms
Vajra InfoTech grants clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy our tools (Budget Manager, Diamond Manager, Kayra Jewells, and Nexus) solely inside their active business units or personal devices under our EULA guidelines. Any attempt to modify, decompile, or mirror our software source code is a breach of license terms.
2. Acceptable System Telemetry
Users agree not to run automated telemetry loops or flood queries targeting Vajra cloud endpoints. Any action that disrupts normal communications between localized client nodes and telemetry server clusters will lead to license suspension.
3. Account Liabilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring secure configuration parameters on localized instances of our software. Vajra InfoTech is not responsible for data loss resulting from insecure device storage or network breaches.
